What is your pricing structure?
Paying is easy! Simply choose your layout, share your content (images and text), and make a 25% advance payment to secure your booking. Once you approve the final design, you can pay the remaining balance.
Do you offer custom web designs?
Yes, we offer custom web design services tailored to your specific needs. If you prefer a design that differs from our pre-existing layouts, we can create a unique website based on your requirements. Please provide us with examples of websites you like to help guide the design process. We will deliver it within 12 to 15 days.
Is SEO included in your website design services?
SEO is not included in our standard website design packages. However, our websites are lightweight, optimized, and user-friendly. If you need SEO services like local, technical, on-page, or off-page SEO, let us know. We’re happy to discuss your needs and provide effective solutions tailored to you.
Do you provide renewal reminders before expiration dates?
Yes, we provide renewal reminders for your domain and hosting services if we manage these accounts on your behalf. We will ensure that you receive timely notifications before their expiration dates. However, if you independently own and manage your domain and hosting, we will not be responsible for renewal reminders, though we will make every effort to assist you if needed.
Can I easily reset passwords or access credentials if needed?
Yes, you can easily reset passwords and update access credentials as needed. Our experts will provide guidance to help you make these changes, as well as assist with updating your content and images. If you’re not familiar with web design or lack the time to make adjustments, we’re available 24/7 to help. If you make an error while editing, we’ll correct it. However, if you require ongoing support, we offer maintenance services tailored to your needs, which can be discussed and arranged separately.
What happens if I fail to renew my hosting or domain on time?
Timely renewal of your domain, hosting, and SSL certificates is crucial to avoid service interruptions. If you entrust us with managing these renewals, we will ensure that you are informed well in advance to prevent any lapses. If you also subscribe to our maintenance services, we will proactively monitor and manage all aspects of your website, keeping you informed of any upcoming renewals and other essential updates.
Do you offer website redesign services for existing websites?
Yes, we specialize in both web design and redesign services. Whether you need a fresh design for a new website or a complete overhaul of your existing one, we can help. In some cases, certain internal factors may make a direct redesign challenging, but we will work closely with you to create an even better solution that meets your needs and exceeds your expectations.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through different payment methods. At the time of payment we will guide you which method is most suitable for both of us.
What credentials do we share between us?
To effectively design your website, we will need access to certain credentials, such as your admin panel, cPanel, and email accounts. We want you to know that sharing these credentials is based on your trust in our services, and we take the responsibility of securing your information very seriously. Please don’t worry, all credentials you provide will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and will not be shared with anyone else.
How long does it take to complete a website project?
The time to complete a website depends on the level of customization. Using one of our pre-made layouts takes 3 to 5 days, while a fully custom-designed website usually takes 12 to 15 days to match your vision perfectly.
Do you offer social media integration for the website?
Yes, we offer seamless social media integration for your website. We can incorporate your social media accounts in strategic locations such as the footer, the “Contact Us” page, or the “About Me/Us” section. While our pre-made layout designs include standard placement options, we are happy to accommodate any specific requests for social media integration in other areas of your website. Simply let us know your preferences, and we’ll ensure they are implemented accordingly.
Is there an initial deposit required before starting the project?
An initial deposit is not required if you choose to design your website using our pre-made layout designs. However, if you wish to add custom features, redesign an existing website, or create a fully custom site, a deposit will be necessary. This deposit secures your place in our development schedule and enables us to begin the planning and design process. The deposit amount will be discussed and agreed upon during our initial consultation and will be credited toward the total cost of your project.
How do you ensure the security of the websites you design?
We prioritize website security and take several steps to protect your site. After completing your website, we create an initial backup and provide you with a copy. For advanced protection, we can add premium security plugins based on your needs. This service costs $10 plus the plugin price, ensuring your site stays secure.
How many custom email accounts are included with your hosting plans?
With our free shared hosting plans, we include one to three custom email accounts at no additional cost. These email accounts are available for the entire duration of your free hosting plan, and if your hosting period is extended, the availability of your custom email accounts will be extended automatically as well.
How can I customize the blog design on the website you designed for me?
Our basic pre-made designs don’t include a blog feature by default. However, we can add a blog to your website for an additional fee, which can be discussed separately.
